How Cric1x Started
Cric1x was founded in 2016 when online cricket engagement was rapidly evolving in India. The founders — long-time cricket fans themselves — noticed that most Indian users found it complicated to interact with betting exchanges: KYC forms in English, slow customer support, and confusing deposit routes. Cric1x was built around a simpler experience: a familiar WhatsApp chat, Hindi and English support, and UPI-based deposits and withdrawals.
How We Work Today
Cric1x is an authorised ID distributor for a set of exchange partners — Taj777, TenExch, AllPanel777, BetOnly99 and Tiger Exch. When a user requests an ID on WhatsApp, our team helps them choose an exchange, share a preferred username, and receive login credentials. The user then deposits via UPI on the chosen exchange and plays there. Cric1x's role is to make that onboarding fast, human and understandable — not to run the exchange itself.
What Makes Our Support Different
Most Indian cricket fans are more comfortable chatting on WhatsApp than filling long web forms. We built our entire flow around that. Users can ask questions in Hindi, Hinglish or English, share screenshots, and get help with deposits, withdrawals and referral queries in a single chat window. No downloads, no app, no complicated dashboards.
